LOOK AT THE FOOD: Baked Pasta


My feelings on this dish? Kill Shot! It was really, really good. Jer came over and we pretty much did kill it (and let's just say this recipe wasn't meant to serve just two). I added a mix of sweet and spicy sausage to the original recipe because normally I like the things added to the pasta more than the actual pasta, and for some reason I thought spinach + cheese wouldn't make a full meal (even though that pretty much is my ideal meal). However, here, where the shells get crispy on the edges and filled with delicious melted cheese, spinach, and sausage on the inside, the pasta is the "talent" and certainly made us very happy tonight.
